Do you feel tense and under-energised all at once? Dru yoga teacher Lottie May will guide us step by step through the ‘Ode to Earth’ yoga dance choreography of flowing, graceful movements, directed breathing, and visualisation all set to music. This fun practice will help you honour yourself and the Earth, and arrive in a state of warm, restful, empowering connection. A choice of movements within the body’s comfort zone will be offered, and the session with finish with a relaxation, leaving you ready to sing in full, free voice. THE RETREAT HOST Rachel Holmes is a singer and natural voice choir leader based in Oxfordshire. She connects emotion, body and voice into powerful group singing. In 2019 she trained as a natural voice leader with Kate Valentine and completed her Foundation in Art Therapy at IATE in 2021. Rachel loves bringing these threads together into a holistic and uplifting experience of singing.
